REVERIELY
Refund Policy
Last updated: October 18, 2026
Reveriely does not currently charge for publishing stories. This policy applies when the planned $39 USD one-time, per-story checkout becomes available. A purchase is not a subscription and does not renew.
When refunds are available
We do not offer a voluntary refund window for a story publishing purchase after access is provided, including because an event has ended or the link is no longer needed. We will review duplicate charges and other billing mistakes, and refunds remain available wherever applicable law requires them, including rights relating to defective services. Paddle, as merchant of record, may also approve a refund under its own refund policy. Publication or use of a link does not automatically remove rights that the law protects.
How to ask
Contact support@reveriely.com with the purchase details and the issue so we can review it, or request help through Paddle buyer support. Some locations grant a statutory withdrawal period, often 14 days; eligibility depends on the law and the transaction, not on a blanket Reveriely money-back promise. Requests after that period solely because the story is no longer needed will normally be declined, without limiting other legal rights.
Effect of a refund or chargeback
If a refund is approved or a chargeback succeeds, the affected story will be unpublished and cannot be republished without a new valid payment. The private draft and its content are not automatically deleted. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for more about stories and account data.
