Terms of Service

Reveriely is a service for creating and sharing interactive stories and event invitations. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Your stories and guests

You retain ownership of the stories and images you submit. You give us permission to store and process them to provide the features you request, including AI-assisted writing or images and publication to guests you invite. Upload only content you have the right to use, and obtain appropriate permission before sharing another person's information or likeness. You are responsible for the accuracy of event details and for managing guest access to your link or access code.

Drafts, publishing, and AI

Drafts are private until you choose Publish. A published, uncoded link can be viewed and shared by anyone who has it; an access code adds a separate access step but does not prevent someone from sharing the code. You can unpublish a story to stop guest access. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate; review text and artwork before publishing. Reveriely is not an emergency or official event-notification service.

Pricing and payments

Creating and editing drafts is free. Publishing is currently available during early access without a charge. When paid checkout launches, the planned price is $39 USD once per story, not a subscription. Existing stories will also require payment to publish or remain published at that transition. The checkout will display the applicable total, including any taxes, before purchase. No charge occurs until paid checkout is available and you approve the purchase.

Paddle.com will be the merchant of record for purchases. Paddle processes orders, handles billing and buyer support, and manages returns. Our Refund Policy explains requests and the effect of an approved refund or successful chargeback on story publication.

Availability and changes

We may update the service and these terms as it develops. Features may be interrupted, and we cannot promise permanent availability or a particular result from AI-generated content. We will present updated terms for review when material changes affect a purchase. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
